Fabric
The Fabric crowdfinancing protocol is a non-modifiable, EVM-compatible smart contract that enables permissionless capital pooling and verifiable sharing of profits. It exists at the crossroads of a crowdfunding initiative, escrow account, and capitalization table. Here’s the way it functions: (1.) A creator launches a crowdfunding contract on the blockchain; (2.) Participants contribute money into the agreement; (3.) If the objective is achieved, the recipient may retrieve the collected funds from the contract; otherwise, contributors are able to reclaim their contributions. Moreover, recipients can choose to reinvest the returns produced from invested capital into the contract again. Then, contributors are able to withdraw a portion of this yield, relative to their initial input
