Midao
DAOs face challenges in establishing themselves within conventional states or nations since these do not acknowledge blockchain-based entities. In 2022, MIDAO enacted the DAO Act to establish LLC laws in the Marshall Islands that clearly acknowledge blockchain and DAOs. Midao assists DAOs in registering in the RMI to grant them corporate personhood, limited liability, and tax status.
