Plutus is a protocol native to Arbitrum that consolidates governance for its PLS token and aims to enhance its users’ liquidity and rewards. Plutus aims to establish itself as the primary Layer-2 governance protocol for initiatives utilizing veTokens (tokens without intrinsic value for governance). To accomplish this, Plutus has teamed up with other protocols to create new governance products and is presently focused on broadening its product range by adding Vaults.
