Stater
Stater is a lending marketplace that enables liquidity providers to offer loans against the most appealing collateral packages available to them. The collateral remains locked in a smart contract until it can be accessed by the lender or borrower once the loan has been repaid. A borrow package can be formed with one or more assets, and each borrower, along with the market, determines whether a loan has sufficient liquidity. Users are able to borrow and lend money at the same time.
