Tarot is a decentralized lending protocol where users can engage as lenders or borrowers within separate lending pools. Lenders can offer liquidity in an indirect manner, avoiding the danger of impermanent loss. Lenders provide individual tokens to a lending pool, akin to single-sided staking, and receive a passive return. Borrowers may utilize LP tokens as collateral within a lending pool to obtain loans and participate in leveraged yield farming, resulting in notably higher LP rewards.
