Aave
The Aave protocol enables users to lend and borrow from more than 30 assets based on Ethereum. Users of the Aave Protocol have the ability to toggle between stable and variable interest rates based on their choices and market conditions, as well as access flash loans. Aave additionally offers pools for tangible assets, such as real estate, shipping and freight invoices, along with payment advances through its partner, Centrifuge. The AAVE governance token allows users to participate in voting for Aave Improvement Proposals (AIPs).
