CowSwap aims to match buy and sell orders among its users, meaning it identifies a coincidence of wants (CoW), which eliminates slippage and transaction fees. Orders that do not locate a peer-to-peer match are directed to CowSwap’s fundamental automated market maker. CowSwap allows users to perform trades at optimal prices on-chain across various exchanges and aggregators, including Uniswap and Sushiswap.
