StarkNet is a Zero-Knowledge Rollup (ZK-Rollup) characterized by being decentralized, permissionless, and resistant to censorship. It enables general processing on Ethereum. Developers build applications on StarkNet that enable users to send transactions just like they do with Ethereum currently. All StarkNet transactions are grouped together at regular intervals, with their validity established through a stark proof that is subsequently confirmed on the Ethereum Blockchain.
